The registration process involves a straightforward QR code scan on the parent's iPhone, ensuring their presence in the KinderConnect host database. Upon entering the childcare facility, registered parents can conveniently log themselves into the system by scanning a unique QR code displayed on-site.

The check-in and check-out procedure for children mirrors the traditional pen-and-paper sign-in sheets, offering parents a familiar experience.

Step 1 – Child Selection: After scanning the QR code at the childcare provider, the user is presented with a list of children assigned to their profile.

Step 2 - Transaction: Users can swiftly check in, check out, or mark a child as absent by selecting the corresponding options on the screen. Following this, users provide a signature and submit the transaction record by tapping Submit.
